At FJW Transit LLC, we aim to provide reliable and transparent transportation and logistics services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments are handled.
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking Cancellations
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before scheduled service:
Full refund will be issued. - 24–48 hours before scheduled service:
50% of the total booking fee will be refunded. - Less than 24 hours before scheduled service:
No refund will be issued.
2.2 Same-Day or No-Show
If the customer fails to be available at the agreed time and location (“no-show”), the booking is considered completed and no refund will be provided.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If FJW Transit LLC cancels a booking due to:
- Operational issues
- Vehicle unavailability
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure (weather, accidents, etc.)
👉 The customer will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
4. Service Delays
While we strive to meet all scheduled times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays do not qualify for refunds
- Reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers promptly
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect booking details provided by the customer
- Failure to be present at pickup/drop-off location
- Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours)
- Completed services
7. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
FJW Transit LLC reserves the right to provide booking records, communication logs, and service confirmation as evidence in response to disputes.
